Breakthrough evacuation-building project, as part of which 3 old row houses will be destroyed. Currently 36 families reside in these buildings, which will be replaced by a project with mixed uses including 2 new buildings with 132 new apartments, commercial areas, offices and public services.
The project is located on the main Jabotinsky Road in Petach-Tikva, where the Red Line of the light train will pass.
